You can still get gas for less than $6 in San Luis Obispo County. Here’s where

Gas prices are at record levels, but there are still some locations where you can fuel up for less than $6 per gallon in San Luis Obispo County.

According to GasBuddy.com, the average price of a gallon of gas in the county was $6.15 as of Wednesday — up slightly from Monday’s average of $6.12, but below the all-time peak of $6.20 on Saturday.

As prices go up, there are still at least 20 stations in San Luis Obispo County charging less than $6 for a gallon of regular gas. Those are:

  • Fastrip Fuel and Wayside Liquor, 710 Creston Road, Paso Robles: $5.75
  • Sinclair, 940 Morro Bay Blvd., Morro Bay: $5.77
  • Conserv Fuel, 254 Santa Rosa St., San Luis Obispo: $5.79
  • Costco, 1540 Froom Ranch Way, San Luis Obispo: $5.79
  • 7-Eleven, 2331 Spring St., Paso Robles: $5.85
  • Shell, 900 Morro Bay Blvd., Morro Bay: $5.85
  • Mobil, 911 Morro Bay Blvd., Morro Bay: $5.85
  • Conserv Fuel, 221 Broad St., San Luis Obispo: $5.85
  • Speedway Express, 1244 24th St., Paso Robles: $5.85
