SLO police identify woman who died after Easter morning crash
A San Miguel woman has been identified as the person who died in a two-car crash on Broad Street in San Luis Obispo on Easter, according to a SLO Police Department news release.
Jadyn Louise Hall, 29, was named as the driver of a car who was found unconscious when emergency responders arrived.
The collision between the two vehicles took place about 11:38 a.m. in the 3900 block of Broad Street, police said.
First responders began to provide medical aid to Hall, who was transported to a local hospital before succumbing to injuries, according to SLOPD.
The occupant of the second vehicle was evaluated at the scene by fire personnel and released.
“This is an active investigation, and officers are working to determine the factors that led to this collision,” police said. “Drugs or alcohol are not believed to be involved, however the decedent was not wearing a seatbelt, which contributed to the severity of their injuries.”
