SpaceX will launch its Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Space Force Base around 12:27 p.m. on Wednesday in the first launch from the Central Coast military base this year.

Though it will likely be visible for miles around, for an up-close view of the launch, you’ll want to check out SpaceX’s feed, which goes live around noon.

The launch window opens at 12:18 p.m., but depending upon weather and other factors, liftoff could potentially be delayed to Thursday at the same time.

Following stage separation, Falcon 9’s first stage will return to Landing Zone 4 at the military base. Residents across Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo counties could hear multiple sonic booms as the re-entry vehicle breaks the sound barrier and returns to Earth.
