Crews knock down 25-acre vegetation fire near Santa Margarita
A small brush fire burned 25 acres in a rural area outside of Santa Margarita on Tuesday.
The fire broke out Tuesday afternoon, in the 5900 block of West Pozo Road, southeast of Santa Margarita and Highway 58, Cal Fire said.
Air and ground crews attacked the blaze, and by 2:20 p.m. forward progress on the fire had been stopped.
No significant damage has been reported from the blaze.
