About two dozen witches cackled as they cruised Morro Bay on standup paddleboards and kayaks on Sunday in what has become a Halloween tradition.
The witches took to the water from the beach near the power plant, aboard watercraft decorated with large hairy spiders.
The witches shouted “Happy Halloween” to viewers as the sun set over the harbor.
