Power outage near Cambria affects 1,600 customers
More than 1,600 customers lost power near Cambria for about two hours Wednesday afternoon.
According to PG&E’s online outage map, 1,639 customers were without electrical service in the Cambria, San Simeon and Hearst Castle areas at around 3:30 p.m.
PG&E assigned a crew to assess the outage, and services were restored by 5:30 p.m.
PG&E believes the outage was weather-related, meteorologist John Lindsey said.
