Reinventing the chair: Furniture design competition held in SLO

Cal Poly co-hosted the 13th annual Vellum/CAED Furniture Design Exhibition on Friday and Saturday in San Luis Obispo.

More than 140 Cal Poly architecture students competed in the exhibition that culminated in downtown San Luis Obispo.

Entries were on display for the People’s Choice competition from 11 a.m. Saturday at 760 Higuera St. (formerly Coverings).
