Pismo Beach Clam Festival celebrates 70th year

The 70th annual Pismo Beach Clam Festival began Friday and wrapped up Sunday.

A tradition since 1946, the festival features a parade, local chowder contest, surfing event, food, beer and wine, the Pier Pub and music.
