SLO County, we want to know: How are you spending your stimulus checks?

Now that an extra $1,200 is dropping into many San Luis Obispo County bank accounts, The Tribune wants to know: What do you plan to do with it?

The goal of the federal stimulus checks is to stimulate local economies hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic and business closures, but many people are planning to use the money in other ways.

Are you saving the extra cash for a rainy day? Using it for essentials like groceries or rent? Donating it? Tell us more below, and we could use it for a future story.

Want to send us a photo or video showing how you used the money? Upload your pictures and videos at this link or email Tribune reporter Kaytlyn Leslie at kleslie@thetribunenews.com. Your submissions could appear in a future Tribune article.
