Paris Hilton snags Mark Wahlberg’s extravagant former megamansion in CA for $63M

A couple years after actor Mark Wahlberg unloaded his massive, nearly 30,000-square-foot megamansion for $55 million, another superstar picked it up for a higher price of $63 million.

Paris Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum.

And it was her brother, Barron Hilton, and his partner and co-CEO Tessa Hilton who helped them purchase the Beverly Park home by being their representatives, according to a news release.

Ginger Glass and Alexandra Glass at Compass represented the sellers.

“From the first walk-through, it was clear how special this home was. It’s timeless, and rooted in a community that already means so much to them. We’re excited to see it become part of their story,” Barron said.

While the estate was owned by an LLC linked to Shenzhen-based business mogul Xu Hang, Mansion Global reported, the “Four Brothers” actor attempted to sell it for a much pricier number in 2022 — $87.5 million, the Sacramento Bee reported.

One of the main features that drew in the heiress and her husband happened to be the neighborhood, the release noted.

“Helping Paris and Carter find their home here was a full-circle moment. Beverly Park has always been one of LA’s most iconic neighborhoods, and this estate felt like the right fit—private, grand, and built for family,” Tessa said.
