The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Cambria, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $698.

Outside of Paso Robles, the best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $401.

In the past week, a 1,634-square-foot home on Clydesdale Circle in Paso Robles sold for $632,500.
