After North Coast SLO County, the most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Arroyo Grande, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $618.

The best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $361.

In the past week, a 1,426-square-foot home on Mindoro Street in Morro Bay sold for $899,000.
