The median price per square foot for a home in Paso Robles decreased in the past week to $344. That’s $131 less than the San Luis Obispo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Paso Robles was $413.

The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Los Osos, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $747.

The best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $330.

In the past week, a 1,450-square-foot home on Thistle Way in Paso Robles sold for $500,000.
