The median price per square foot for a home in Santa Maria increased in the past week to $409. That’s $91 less than the Santa Barbara County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Santa Maria was $388.
In the past week, a 1,063-square-foot home on East Mariposa Way in Santa Maria sold for $435,000.
