A house in Cayucos that sold for $6 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in North Coast SLO County in the past two weeks.
In total, 12 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $1.7 million, $1,080 per square foot.
The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of August 14 to the week of Aug. 26 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
$750,000, single-family home in the 2100 block of Andover Place
