The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Pismo Beach, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $657.

Outside of Paso Robles, the best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $374.

In the past week, a 1,556-square-foot home on Pinto Lane in Paso Robles sold for $580,000.
