The median price per square foot for a home in Paso Robles decreased in the past week to $321, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $109 less than the San Luis Obispo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Paso Robles was $343.

The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is San Luis Obispo, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $706.

Outside of Paso Robles, the best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $353.

In the past week, a 1,152-square-foot home on Nightingale Avenue in Paso Robles sold for $370,000.
