The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Pismo Beach, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $990.

The best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $354.

In the past week, a 1,700-square-foot home on Via Camelia Court in Paso Robles sold for $640,000.
