The median price per square foot for a home in Paso Robles decreased in the past week to $347, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $124 less than the San Luis Obispo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Paso Robles was $410.

The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Pismo Beach, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $644.

Outside of Paso Robles, the best deal can be found in Atascadero, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $352.

In the past week, a 2,068-square-foot home on Via Promesa in Paso Robles sold for $719,000.
