The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is North Coast SLO County, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $821.

The best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $310.

In the past week, a 2,118-square-foot home on Prospect Avenue in Paso Robles sold for $792,500.
