After North Coast SLO County, the most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is San Luis Obispo, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $632.

The best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $310.

In the past week, a 974-square-foot home on Plymouth Street in Cambria sold for $800,000.
