See the change in real estate prices in Paso Robles the week of Feb. 12

The median price per square foot for a home in Paso Robles decreased in the past week to $253, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $173 less than the San Luis Obispo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Paso Robles was $358.

The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Cambria, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $624.

Outside of Paso Robles, the best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $348.

In the last week, a 1,635-square-foot home on Saddle Back Lane in Paso Robles sold for $415,000.
