The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Arroyo Grande, where the median price per square foot in the past two weeks was $781.

The best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $327.

In the past two weeks, a 2,444-square-foot home on 15th Street in Paso Robles sold for $875,000.
