• In December 2022, a 3,023-square-foot home on Harbor Lights Lane in Avila Beach sold for $2,450,000, a price per square foot of $810.
• On Lupine Canyon Road, Avila Beach, in June 2022, a 3,704-square-foot home was sold for $3,490,000, a price per square foot of $942.
• A 3,035-square-foot home on the 3100 block of Lupine Canyon Road in Avila Beach sold in October 2022 for $2,345,000, a price per square foot of $773.
