The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Cambria, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $1,547.

The best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $315.

In the past week, a 1,088-square-foot home on Brookhill Drive in Paso Robles sold for $375,000.
