Detached house in Cambria sells for $4 million

A 2,607-square-foot house built in 1965 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 2400 block of Sherwood Drive in Cambria was sold on Jan. 13, 2023. The $4,035,000 purchase price works out to $1,548 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garage, and two parking spaces. It sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

• On Drake Street, Cambria, in November 2022, a 3,657-square-foot home was sold for $2,000,000, a price per square foot of $547.
• A 1,828-square-foot home on the 2400 block of Windsor Boulevard in Cambria sold in October 2022 for $1,191,500, a price per square foot of $652.
• In May 2022, a 854-square-foot home on Sherwood Drive in Cambria sold for $2,801,000, a price per square foot of $3,280.
