The median price per square foot for a home in Pismo Beach in the last three weeks was $685, which is the highest in the county. That’s $226 more than the San Luis Obispo County median.

After Pismo Beach, the most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Morro Bay, where the median price per square foot in the past three weeks was $571.

The best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $330.

In the past three weeks, a 1,408-square-foot home on Park Avenue in Pismo Beach sold for $965,500.
