Paso Robles: See how much real estate prices changed the week of Jan. 1

The median price per square foot for a home in Paso Robles in the last three weeks was $285, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $139 less than the San Luis Obispo County median.

The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Los Osos, where the median price per square foot in the past three weeks was $641.

Outside of Paso Robles, the best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $330.

In the past three weeks, a 1,088-square-foot home on Sierra Lane in Paso Robles sold for $310,300.
