The median price per square foot for a home in Paso Robles decreased in the past week to $336, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $116 less than the San Luis Obispo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Paso Robles was $392.
The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Morro Bay, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $993.
Outside of Paso Robles, the best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $344.
In the past week, a 1,026-square-foot home on Buck Tail Lane in Paso Robles sold for $345,000.
