The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Morro Bay, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $993.

The best deal can be found in Paso Robles, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $336.

In the last week, a 3,005-square-foot home on Printz Road in Arroyo Grande sold for $1,530,000.
