The median price per square foot for a home in Santa Maria decreased in the past week to $342. That’s $48 less than the Santa Barbara County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Santa Maria was $355.
In the last week, a 1,504-square-foot home on Parkland Way in Santa Maria sold for $515,000.
