Condominium in Santa Barbara sells for $3.4 million

A 2,148-square-foot condominium built in 2008 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 200 block of Yanonali Street in Santa Barbara was sold on Nov. 22, 2022. The $3,375,000 purchase price works out to $1,571 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and three baths. The unit sits on a 573-square-foot lot.

Additional units have recently been purchased close by:

• In July 2022, a 2,348-square-foot unit on West Yanonali Street in Santa Barbara sold for $3,600,000, a price per square foot of $1,533.
• On Chapala Street, Santa Barbara, in July 2022, a 1,627-square-foot unit was sold for $1,725,000, a price per square foot of $1,060.
• A 1,728-square-foot unit on the 500 block of Coronel Place in Santa Barbara sold in July 2022 for $980,000, a price per square foot of $567.
