After Cambria, the most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is North Coast SLO County, where the median price per square foot in the last four weeks was $578.

The best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $341.

In the last four weeks, a 1,828-square-foot home on Windsor Boulevard in Cambria sold for $1,191,500.
