• In August 2022, a 966-square-foot unit on Southwood Drive in San Luis Obispo sold for $500,000, a price per square foot of $518.
• On Broad Street, San Luis Obispo, in August 2022, a 945-square-foot unit was sold for $519,000, a price per square foot of $549.
• A 945-square-foot unit on the 3300 block of Broad Street in San Luis Obispo sold in August 2022 for $499,000, a price per square foot of $528.
