The median price per square foot for a home in Santa Maria decreased in the last week to $336. That’s $12 less than the Santa Barbara County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Santa Maria was $353.
In the past week, a 1,711-square-foot home on Rosita Avenue in Santa Maria sold for $575,000.
