The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Morro Bay, where the median price per square foot in the past two weeks was $727.

The best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $361.

In the last two weeks, a 1,702-square-foot home on Roscoe Place in Cambria sold for $1,100,000.
