The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Morro Bay, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $814.

The best deal can be found in Los Osos, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $324.

In the past week, a 1,866-square-foot home on Maricopa Road in Atascadero sold for $780,000.
