The median price per square foot for a home in South SLO County increased in the past week to $448. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South SLO County was $443.

The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Morro Bay, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $814.

The best deal can be found in Los Osos, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $324.

In the past week, a 3,922-square-foot home on Dawn Road in Nipomo sold for $1,760,000.
