The median price per square foot for a home in North Coast SLO County increased in the last week to $732, which is the highest in the county. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in North Coast SLO County was $541.

After North Coast SLO County, the most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Templeton, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $685.

The best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $370.

In the past week, a 2,265-square-foot home on Nutmeg Avenue in Morro Bay sold for $1,660,000.
