The median price per square foot for a home in Arroyo Grande decreased in the last week to $390. That’s $68 less than the San Luis Obispo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Arroyo Grande was $550.

The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Morro Bay, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $623.

The best deal can be found in Templeton, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $245.

In the past week, a 1,589-square-foot home on Spruce Street in Arroyo Grande sold for $621,000.
