The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Morro Bay, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $623.

The best deal can be found in Los Osos, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $308.

In the past week, a 883-square-foot home on Westfield Road in Paso Robles sold for $369,000.
