The median price per square foot for a home in North Coast SLO County decreased in the past week to $541, which is the highest in the county. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in North Coast SLO County was $644.

After North Coast SLO County, the most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is San Luis Obispo, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $516.

The best deal can be found in Templeton, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $245.

In the past week, a 2,309-square-foot home on Hillcrest Drive in Cambria sold for $1,250,000.
