The most expensive community in San Luis Obispo County is Morro Bay, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $735.

The best deal in the region can be found in Santa Maria, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $362.

In the past week, a 2,145-square-foot home on La Canada in Arroyo Grande sold for $1,180,000.
