The median price per square foot for a home in Atascadero decreased in the last week to $386. That’s $89 less than the San Luis Obispo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Atascadero was $448.
The most expensive community in SLO County is Cambria, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $677.
Some of the county’s lowest prices can be found in Templeton, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $309.
In the past week, a 2,082-square-foot home on Via Colonia Court in Atascadero sold for $805,000.
