Adelaida Cellars creates new labels as it prepares for new hospitality center
Adelaida Cellars of Paso Robles, which plans to move in late March to a new hospitality center, is also changing its wine labels.
The new primary label, designed mainly by Chuck House of ICON Design Group, is a pencil drawing of the vineyards depicted from the winery’s highest viewpoints.
The entire 2015 vintage will feature the new label, along with several of the 2013 and 2014 wines. An additional label was designed for Adelaida Cellars’ HMR estate wines.
A Signature Series that pays homage to owner Elizabeth Van Steenwyk will replace the winery’s Reserve tier wines. It too has its own label.
Adelaida Cellars’ new 8,200-square-foot hospitality center will include a tasting area, lounge, VIP library, commercial kitchen, storage rooms, offices and barrel storage. The center will replace the current 600-square-foot tasting room.
The winery produces about 15,000 cases of wine annually.
