ARRO Autogas recognized for reducing emissions and fuel consumption

ARRO Autogas, a Paso Robles-based propane motorfuel provider, has been recognized for reducing the emissions and fuel consumption of its fleet of vehicles.

ARRO Autogas, a division of Delta Liquid Energy, was recognized during the 2015 Fleet Technology Expo. The company reduced fuel emissions by 30 percent, with 55 percent of its fleet running on propane autogas, according to a news release. It was the second consecutive year that ARRO Autogas was recognized.

“I am honored that ARRO has received this award for our sustainability efforts and to be recognized as an environmental steward leader in the fleet industry again,” ARRO market manager Ted Olsen wrote in a news release.

The Fleet Technology Expo is a gathering of fleet management professionals that concentrates on how to implement alternative fuels, such as propane, electric and biofuels in a cost-efficient way.
