Yogurtland opens first local shop in downtown SLO

Yogurtland opened in downtown San Luis Obispo on Wednesday — the frozen yogurt chain's first shop in SLO County.

Located at 956 Higuera St., the shop features a wall of 16 frozen yogurt flavors and a topping bar with 60 options, including fruit and other healthy choices, according to a news release from Yogurtland.

Yogurtland is one of the nation’s first and largest self-serve frozen yogurt brands with more than 298 locations, including shops in Australia, Guam, Thailand, Venezuela and Dubai.
