Thirty-seven single-family homes and 36 condominiums comprise The Village at Pacific West by Coastal Community Builders.

Under construction since early 2014, work is still in progress at The Village, located in upper Pismo Beach on Oak Park Boulevard and West Branch Street.

The project also includes a hotel and restaurant, built by a different company.

The architecture for both projects is classic Spanish Colonial.

The two-story, single-family homes range from 1,520 to 1,850 square feet and are selling in the mid-$500,000 range. Three different floor plans are available with three- or four-bedroom options and 2.5 baths. All plans include a garage and a covered patio, deck or porch.

The condominiums are divided between three separate three-story buildings with 12 condominiums in each building. The condominiums are approximately 914 square feet, with two bedrooms and two baths.

Ground floor condominiums have a patio; upstairs condominiums have viewing decks.

Condos in two of the buildings are going for market rate, in the mid-$300,000 range. Condos in the third building are designed to be affordable units, with varying prices for those with very low income to moderate income.

Sixteen of the single-family homes have been sold, and 10 reservations have been taken for the condominiums.

The single-family homes are in varying stages of construction. One or two are already occupied, and two more are completed and being shown as models.

All three condominium buildings are currently being framed.
