Mindbody in SLO ranked among best places to work

Business-ranking website Glassdoor has ranked local software company Mindbody as one of the nation’s 50 Best Places to Work in 2015.

The San Luis Obispo-based health and beauty software provider ranked No. 34 on the annual list, above companies like Ford Motor Co. (No. 35), ESPN (No. 48) and Disney Parks and Resorts (No. 50). It also ranked as the 10th best tech company to work for.

Glassdoor is a company-rating website where employees anonymously review their employers, offer advice to upper management and give a CEO approval score. Based upon the anonymous reviews, Glassdoor releases its annual Employee's Choice list for the 50 Best Places to Work.

It is Mindbody’s first time being recognized on Glassdoor’s list of large companies — defined as companies with 1,000 or more employees.
