Andre, Morris & Buttery hires two associate attorneys

San Luis Obispo law firm Andre, Morris & Buttery has hired Amber Simmons and Matthew Boutté as associate attorneys.

Both Simmons and Boutté earned their bachelors’ degrees at Cal Poly -- Simmons in agricultural business and Boutté in mathematics, according to a news release.

Simmons graduated from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2012 and worked as a legislative intern for U.S. Rep. Jeff Denham and as a law clerk for the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.

Boutté graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., and has worked as a legal intern for the Administrative Office of the United States Courts and as a finance intern for the city of San Luis Obispo.

Andre, Morris & Buttery, with offices in San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria, has served the Central Coast for more than 60 years, according to the news release.
